Frequently Asked Questions

When can Flips & Tumbles operate?

When the government guides us back to Alert Level 1 or 2, we will be able to run all our classes and sessions again. Alert Level 2 comes with some restictions which will be made available on our Covid Info page.

I have a birthday party booked with you, what happens here?

Any birthday party booking that falls under a time where we are at Alert Level 3 or 4 will be able to reschedule with the Change of Session Fee waived. If you choose to reschedule again, the fee will apply. You do not have to reschedule straight away, we prefer if you would wait until we have been told that we are moving to Alert Level 1 or 2 as this gives us a better idea of when we are able to be open.

My child attends one of your Term Classes, do we get a credit?

A staff member will be in touch with each class member to provide information for missed classes. However, each child who is registered to one of our Term Classes and misses a class or multiple classes will receive a form of compensation for missing these. They will be contacted as we learn more and are able to give a final number of classes missed with their options of compensation.
