About The Event
TERM BEGINS: Monday 14th October
TERM ENDS: Saturday 14th December
Our tumbling extension programme is designed to teach each child at their own level;
- Developing skills
- Continuing to perfect the basics
- Learning more challenging skills
- Plus competition-style skill work, for those who wish to compete in tumbling in the future
This class is perfect for dancers or cheerleaders who want to master tumbling and acro skills for their given sport.
Conditioning will also be a part of the class to strengthen the gymnast’s bodies; creating a higher understanding of muscle groups which will be needed to execute each skill properly and safely.
