Do you have a teen who wants to give trampoline a go but does not want to hang out with the younger kids?

Then this is the perfect class for them!

This class is designed specifically to the teenage group, where they will be taught specific movements on the trampoline, as well as learning to connect skills together and form routines! 

These classes will teach skill development and flip work while making sure that we cover all of the saftey steps and foundational movements.

Timetable:

Wednesday

5:30pm - 6:30pm

Recommended Ages:

Suitable for ages 11.5 - 16.5 years
