Flips & Tumbles NZ provides a range of sessions where both children and adults of any ability are able to learn how to fall safely, learn tumbling and acro skills and parkour skills in a safe environment with top instructors in backgrounds of both artistic and trampolining gymnastics and parkour.

Many injuries can come from not having the right body and aerial awareness, learning to fall safely is so important to progress forward with little to no injury along the way.
Learning to fall gives children the skills necessary in learning how to crash safely when trying these "out there" skills.
So if they "mess" it up, the risk of injury is reduced.
Learning to fall and key skills such as rolls can be transferred into sports such as; cricket, rugby and more -the everyday child should know how to perform these skills to prevent risk of injury and enhance their performances.
