This workshop will cover all the basics of the Back Handspring from hand placement to basic stretches and workouts to get your body ready for your Back Handspring! This event is for all abilities, you will be learning all about how to do a Back Handspring, how to perfect your Back Handspring and how to connect any skills you may already have! Suggested ages 5 and over.
