Service Description

Come and join us these holidays for our Front Flip Workshop! This workshop will cover all the basics of the Front Flip from starting the rotation to how to land. This event is for all ability levels, you will be learning all about how to do a Front Flip, how to perfect your Front Flip and how to connect any skills you may already have! We will be learning how to do Front Flips on all surfaces including trampoline, air track and spring floor. Suggested ages 5 and over.
