Classes We Offer

Soft Parkour
Ages 2 - 4 years
Our Soft Parkour classes are a great way for young children to explore movement in a fun and engaging way. Specifically designed for ages 3-5, our classes introduce the fundamentals of jumping and landing, balance, agility, and coordination through games, challenges, and exercises. Our experienced instructors also teach basic rolls, handstand work, and other key movement skills that will set your child on a path to a healthy and active lifestyle.

Tumbling
Ages 4 - 16 years
Our Soft Parkour classes are a great way for young children to explore movement in a fun and engaging way. Specifically designed for ages 3-5, our classes introduce the fundamentals of jumping and landing, balance, agility, and coordination through games, challenges, and exercises. Parkour

Current skill level required; zero.

No prior competition experience is required – just passion and commitment.
