This is your chance to take your skills to a new level! AERIALS FOCUSED!
In this clinic athletes will cover:
- Basic drills of aerials
- Aerial specific conditioning
- Aerial specific stretching
With top instructors to pass on knowledge and to assist in spotting as well!Â
This clinic is suitable for any ability, must be able to cartwheel, and we recommend from 5yrs+, skill depending!
Gymnasts, tumblers, cheerleaders and dancers will benefit from this workshop!
-Each clinic is structured so that each child can learn to their level and ability.
Followed by an hour of FREE PLAY (1pm - 2pm)
