This is your chance to take your skills to a new level! AERIALS FOCUSED!

In this workshop athletes will cover:

• Basic drills of aerials
• Aerial specific conditioning
• Aerial specific stretching
• Theory lesson on aerials, fitness and flexibility 
• Workbook covering the information learned on the clinic

With top instructors to pass on knowledge and to assist in their progress as well! 

This clinic is suitable for any ability -must be able to cartwheel- and we recommend from 7yrs+, skill depending!

Gymnasts, tumblers, cheerleaders and dancers will benefit from this workshop!

-Each clinic is structured so that each child can learn to their level and ability.
