Extension Class - Term 1 2018
Term 1 starts the week of 29th January. For those who have mastered all basic rolls, walkovers and are on their way to mastering their front and back flips and roundoffs.

About The Event
This class will develop skills and continue to perfect the basics, as well as teaching more challenging skills and competition skill work for those who wish to compete in tumbling. It is also a class suitable for dancers or cheerleaders who want to master tumbling and acro skills for their given sport. It will also incorporate a section of conditioning to strengthen the gymnast’s bodies creating a higher understanding of muscle groups which will be needed to execute each skill properly and safely.
Gymnasts need to be assessed and accepted at coach’s discretion into this class.
