Give your child a taste of the adventurous world of Parkour, where they will develop agility, strength, and spatial awareness in a dynamic and encouraging setting.

This trial offers a sneak peek into the heart-pounding experiences our regular classes provide, offering an exhilarating introduction to the art of movement at Flips & Tumbles.

Secure their spot for a trial session and witness them conquer new challenges with flair!

DATE: Wednesday 31st January 2024

TIME: 4:30pm - 5:30pm

AGES: 9 - 16 years

Session Structure:

4:30pm - 4:45pm | Intro to Staff, Facility and Session

4:45pm - 5:25pm | Warm Up, Taught Structured Session, Cool Down/Stretch

5:25pm - 5:30pm | Debrief on Session

What The Class Will Cover:

• Parkour Safety Skills
• Vaults
• Precision Jumps
• Platform Jumps
• Hangs
• Plus various other skills!

Please Bring:

• Shoes (e.g. sneakers or street shoes)
• Drink bottle

Before your session ends, make sure to see reception so that they can help you sign up for a Term Class!

If for whatever reason, you can no longer make it to the session, please let Flips & Tumbles know as soon as possible so that they can re-open up your spot to someone else!
