Free Trial | Soft Parkour

This event is a great opportunity to come on down and check out what Flips & Tumbles has to offer your under 5 year old!

This session is designed for you to meet the coaches, check out the facility and find out all the information you need while your child gets familiar with the area.

Staff wil be available to chat to while your little one has a go on the equipment under coach supervision (however, this is not a structured teaching session, nor is it a play session -it is a chance to get information and to get to know the place).

AGES: 3 - 5.5 yrs

Session Structure:

Check In/Arrival | 10min before session

Intro to Staff, Facility and Session

Warm Up, Taught Structured Session, Cool Down/Stretch

Debrief on Session, Safety Briefing on Free Time

Free-Time for last 20 min (this is a chance for kids to play, parents can come onto the gear and chat with the staff or they can see reception to sign their child up for a class!)

Our top instructors will take your kiddies through a quick intro Soft Parkour session and then assist them durng the free play! We will have information on all our sessions avaiable and feel free to chat to our team about any questions you may have!
