Discover the thrill of movement with a Free Trial of our Soft Parkour class!

Designed for 3 to 5.5-year-olds, our introductory class is a fun-filled exploration of fundamental movement and basic skill work. Led by experienced instructors, kids will build confidence, coordination, and agility while navigating exciting obstacles.

Join us for an adventure where every jump brings new discoveries!

Secure their spot for a trial session and witness them conquer new challenges with flair!

DATE: Saturday 13th April 2024

TIME: 10:00am - 11:30am

AGES: 3 - 5.5 years

Session Structure:

9:45am - 10:00am | Check In/Arrival

10:00am - 10:15am | Intro to Staff, Facility and Session

10:15am - 10:45am | Warm Up, Taught Structured Session, Cool Down/Stretch

10:45am - 10:50am | Debrief on Session, Safety Briefing on Free Time

10:50am - 11:30am | Free-Time (a chance for kids to play, parents can come onto the gear and chat with the staff or they can see reception to sign their child up for a class!)

What The Class Will Cover:

• Basic Jumps & Landings
• Balances
• Basic Rolls
• Plus various other skills!

Please Bring:

• Drink bottle

Before your session ends, make sure to see reception so that they can help you sign up for a Term Class!

If for whatever reason, you can no longer make it to the session, please let Flips & Tumbles know as soon as possible so that they can re-open up your spot to someone else!
