INVERCARGILL 2-Day Aerial Workshop - NOVEMBER - Sat 16th + Sun 17th

This is your chance to take your skills to a new level! AERIALS FOCUSED! In this workshop athletes will cover:

• Basic drills of aerials
• Aerial specific conditioning
• Aerial specific stretching
• Theory lesson on aerials, fitness and flexibility 
• Workbook covering the information learned on the clinic

With top instructors to pass on knowledge and to assist in their progress! 

This clinic is suitable for any ability -must be able to cartwheel- and we recommend from 7yrs+, skill depending! Gymnasts, tumblers, cheerleaders and dancers will benefit from this workshop!-Each clinic is structured so that each child can learn to their level and ability.

Location: Invercargill

Date/Time: Saturday 16th Novemeber 3pm-6pm + Sunday 17th Novemebr, 10am - 1pm
