About The Event

Have a child that doesn't feel the most comfortable in a bussling environment?

We understand and have the perfect session for them!

Flips & Tumbles is launching Low Sensory Learning sessions.

Overview: Flips & Tumbles Christchurch is introducing Low Sensory Learning Sessions tailored for children who benefit from a quieter, more relaxed environment. These sessions aim to provide a supportive space where children can engage in physical activity and social interaction at their own pace. They will be a blend of trampoline, tumbling and parkour, and participants can have one parent, guardian or carer with them in the gym.

Goals:

  2. Engagement: Offer structured activities that promote physical development and social skills in a calm setting.
  3. Support: Each participant can have one suport person, or caregiver with them in the gym to assist them during the session.

Key Features:

  • Reduced Stimuli: Dimmed lights, minimal noise, and limited visual distractions to create a calming atmosphere.
  • Structured Activities: Tailored gymnastics and movement exercises designed to encourage participation and skill development.
