PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL DETAILS BELOW-
We are using Zoom to bring you Back-to-Back Strength Sessions and Stretch Sessions!!!
Each session is a 20-30 mins Strength/Workout and a 20-30 mins Stretch Session.
You only need to purchase ONE ticket per household.
ONCE REGISTERED, YOU GAIN ACCESS TO ALL SESSIONS MADE AVAILABLE IN THE MONTH OF MAY!
Day | Time:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday | 4pm - 5pm (approx.)
Please note; you do not have to attend all sessions but you have the option too! :)
HOW IT WORKS:
- Register yourself/household below.
- Once registered you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link - this link is to be used on the day of each session.
- Flips & Tumbles will open up the meeting 15-20 minutes before the session time.
- Click the link in your confirmation email and it will take you straight to the meeting.
Please ensure you type in your email and contact cellphone number correctly - as this will be how you receive the confirmation email plus how we will contact you if there are any issues etc.
