Open Day!

Open Day is a chance for all new and/or potential members to come down to the gym and see what classes are all about!

This session is designed for parents to come and have a look with their children.

If you are on the fence about registering your child, or if they are a bit nervous for their first week, this is a great opportunity to chat to the coaches who will be available to answer any questions you or your child may have.

There will also be flyers on our classes you can take away with you.

We really want everyone to feel comfortable in their sessions so this is a great oppportunity for new members who are feeling a bit nervous to come down and get a feel for the environment before term classes start. 

We can't wait to see everyone there, make sure you book in a slot and please note that you may only attend one of the possible hours to make sure that everyone has an opportunity to come!

PLEASE NOTE: this is NOT an Open Session or an actual Class, coaches will be there to assist with questions and give out information.

12:00pm - 12:40pm

12:40pm - 12:20pm

12:20pm - 2:00pm

Limited spaces available, please only book if it is your first time attending a Flips & Tumbles session.

Bookings may be denied and cancelled if you have previously attended any Flips & Tumbles session or you currently or have been a Term Class member in the past.
