Outdoor Parkour Workshop - March 2019

Parkour is traditionally done on the streets, outside using the land. We train indoors to work specific skills for safety and all year round access.

Now we have covered the basics and some are working on harder skills, it is time to take it to the streets and become street smart.

As well as being taught how to use the skills they already know in an outdoor setting, they will also be taught to respect public property, identify parkour spots to train on, where/what not to attempt and more.

Our parkour master Jacob Barber has researched the city and found a perfect starting point at Victoria Square.

This workshop includes a free Parkour Flips & Tumbles t-shirt and wrist bands!!!
