What Is A Speed Run?

In Parkour Speed Runs require performers (known as Traceurs) to negotiate obstacles with divergent properties such as angles, inclinations, sizes, surfaces, and textures in the quickest way possible. The quicker the run, the higher the performer is ranked.

Our Speed Run competition is an exciting event where participants showcase their Parkour skills to navigate a course as quickly as possible. Here’s how it works:

Age Categories:

> Participants will be divided into age categories to ensure fair competition.

> Each age group will be assigned a course suitable for their skill level.

Age Groups:

• 4 - 6 years
• 7 - 9 years
• 10 - 12 years
• 13 - 15 years
• 16 years+

The Course:

> Courses are designed with varying levels of difficulty, tailored to the abilities of each age group.

> Participants will need to use their Parkour skills to overcome obstacles, maintain speed, and navigate the course from start to finish.

The Goal:

> The objective is to complete the course in the shortest amount of time.

> Each participant’s run will be timed, and the fastest time in each age category wins.

Competition Rules:

> All participants must follow the designated course and avoid shortcuts.

> Proper attire and suitable shoes is required to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

> Judges will be present to monitor the competition and ensure all rules are followed.
