Term 1 starts the week of 29th January. One hour class delivering the basics to a beginner level, focusing on the fundamental movement patterns, flexibility, strength and working towards our badge routine system.

This class is for those wanting to learn how to do all the basic moves and skills of tumbling, this class is a foundation platform for all children of any age and ability participating in tumbling or any given sport.
