We have teamed up with The Motus Projects to bring you this epic weekend workshop!
Luke will be joining our coaching team to run a three day workshop and jam covering all fundamental skills of Parkour.
During this event, Luke will share his in depth knowledge and skills that will help you improve your technique, mental ability to overcome fear, and drill to improve all of your skills.
This three day event will consist of two days of indoor workshops at Flips and Tumbles Wigram, followed by a open jam on the final day.
