Does your child love to run, climb, jump and explore?!
Then this is the perfect class for them!
They will be taught specific movements to move over obstacles and objects as quickly as possible!
These classes will also teach a bit of flip work and other moves that are incorporated into the sport of Parkour.
They will become a ninja in no time!
We have our Standard Parkour classes at 60 minutes or we have our new Extended Standard Parkour class which is 90 minutes for those who would like a slightly longer class to work on their ninja skills -same as our Standard Parkour classes but participants have a longer timeframe to achieve their goals!
Note: the Extended Standard Parkour class is suitable for ages 9 years+
