Note: Classes on Monday 24th October and Friday 11th November will not be running due to it being public holidays -each member of these classes will receive a free make-up class (valid for the equivalent class type to which they are enrolled in) to be used within Term 4 2022.

They will be taught specific movements to move over obstacles and objects as quickly as possible!
These classes will also teach a bit of flip work and other moves that are incorporated into the sport of Parkour.
They will become a ninja in no time!
