Timaru Outdoor Parkour Workshop

Timaru we are coming!!

This event is for anyone interested in trying Parkour out for the first time or practicing their moves and gettting some tips with a trained instructor!

We are coming out to Timaru to run this awesome workshop in and around the central city. Learn how to move around your environment and use what the city provides to have fun!

We teach how to fall safely, how to run, jump and climb correctly to void injuries. This is a life skill everyone should learn!
