SESSION SCHEDULE:
9:30am - 10:30am | Toddler Tumble (Under 5s session)
11:00am - 12:30pm | 5-8 year olds (Separate Tumbling + Parkour Workshops)
1:00pm - 2:30pm | 9-16 year olds (Separate Tumbling + Parkour Workshops)

Parkour Workshop Will Cover;
- All basic foundation skills
- Vaults
- Precisions
- Flips + tricks work

Skills are taught as they become ready for them.
