A fantastic opportunity not to be missed! The chance to increase your skills, strength and technique.
Boot camp will run Saturday 13th 3-6pm, followed by Sunday 14th 1-4pm.
This camp will cover;
- Goal Setting
- Tumbling skills/technique
- Stretch sessions to increase flexibility and knowledge on flexibility
- Conditioning specifically for tumbling skills.
Skills that will be looked at;
- Flick and flick connections
- Round offs
- Front/back tucks
- Twisting somersaults

All skills will be coached according to the abilities of each athlete.
