About The Event

A fantastic opportunity not to be missed! The chance to increase your skills, strength and technique.

Boot camp will run Saturday 13th 3-6pm, followed by Sunday 14th 1-4pm.

This camp will cover;

  • Goal Setting
  • Tumbling skills/technique
  • Stretch sessions to increase flexibility and knowledge on flexibility
  • Conditioning specifically for tumbling skills.

Skills that will be looked at;

  • Aerials
  • Walkovers
  • Flick and flick connections
  • Round offs
  • Front/back tucks
  • Twisting somersaults

We can’t wait to help you achieve your goals!

All skills will be coached according to the abilities of each athlete.

    Each ticket is for ONE entry into each day of the Boot Camp running on Saturday 13th Oct, 3pm-6pm and Sunday 14th Oct, 1pm-4pm.
