This workshop is all about twisting!
Whether you are trying to perfect your twisting skills or you have mastered the basic flip and want to learn whats next, this workshop is for you!
In this workshop you will be learning how to twist in your flips including front twisting, back twisting and some cool new skills to help you practice your twisting skills.
Basic skills reccomended, this workshop is for people who have mastered the basic front or backflip.
