    • Returns/Exchanges: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

    • Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

    • Faulty Products: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.
