Whether you are trying Aerials for the first time or you are close to landing but need that extra push to get around, this workshop is for you! This event is for all ability levels, you will be breaking down and understanding how an Aerial works and learning drills to fast track your way to landing this skill! We will be covering front and side Aerials! This workshop is perfect for gymnasts and dancers trying to improve their skill set. Suggested ages 5 and over.
