Our Soft Parkour Concession Card is designed to give families greater flexibility while still providing the same high-quality classes your child loves. With this card, you are purchasing a set number of Soft Parkour sessions up front and you can then book your child into classes across the term at times that suit your schedule. Here is how it works: ✅ Flexible bookings – Choose which classes to attend week by week, instead of being locked into a single time slot for the whole term. ✅ Easy cancellations – If something comes up, you can cancel up to 3 hours before class without losing your session. ✅ Extended validity – Each concession card is valid for 2 months, giving you effectively two terms to use up your sessions. ✅ Train more often – Want your child to progress faster? You can book multiple classes in a week using your card. ✅ No limits – Families can purchase as many concession cards as they like, whenever they need. This card is perfect for: → Families with busy or changing schedules. → Kids who want to attend more than once a week. → Parents who want peace of mind knowing missed classes don’t mean lost money. Cancellation Policy
By purchasing and using a Soft Parkour Concession Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Validity Period * Each concession card is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase. * Unused sessions will expire after this time and cannot be refunded or extended. 2. Bookings * Sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system. * Bookings are subject to class availability and cannot be guaranteed without prior registration. 3. Cancellations * Bookings can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the scheduled class without penalty. * Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the class, or no-shows, will result in the session being deducted from your card. 4. Non-Transferable * Concession cards are valid for one child only and cannot be shared or transferred between siblings or other participants. 5. Multiple Cards * Families are welcome to purchase multiple concession cards. Additional cards can be used to attend multiple classes per week. 6. Refunds * Concession cards are non-refundable once purchased. * No refunds or credits will be given for unused sessions after expiry. 7. Class Changes * Flips & Tumbles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, your session will not be deducted from your card, and you may rebook another class. 8. Safety & Conduct * All participants must follow coach instructions and adhere to Flips & Tumbles safety guidelines. * Flips & Tumbles reserves the right to remove participants who breach safety rules or behave inappropriately. 9. General * Purchasing a concession card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. * Flips & Tumbles may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
